Between us we have over 40 years of experience of working and supporting people locally, nationally and internationally. We offer a rich diversity of work, knowledge and experiences including mental health, wellbeing, relationships, safeguarding, safety planning and communication.
Following the pandemic which altered everyone’s normal, we have combined our knowledge to be able to offer a portfolio of bespoke solutions. We work to your identified areas of growth, learning and development to support your continued journey of increasing confidence and ability and achievement within your organisation, workforce or family.

We are a North East based coaching, training and consultancy team offering bespoke packages, working with you to create change.

Parents & Carers
We offer training to parents to strengthen family relationships by providing tools to engage their children in meaningful conversations, to improve family member health.
We understand the challenges and risks young people face today. We provide strategies to assist parents with the tools they need at home.
