It was great to be in a room with like minded professionals hearing about the amazing work they do. We looked at safeguarding legislation and the models adopted by the Local Authorities in the North East before discussing the importance of language and how we evidence concerns observed and shared in a therapeutic setting so that it is meaningful to Social Workers and evidences the impact of harm.
